The service

VerifyAI analyses content and estimates whether it was created or altered by AI. Results are probabilistic assessments, not guarantees. Do not rely on a result as the only basis for legal, financial, employment or safety decisions.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and everything done with it. Keep your password and API keys safe. You can close your account at any time.

Acceptable use

• Only upload content you have the right to share.
• Do not upload illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass limits of the service.
• Do not use results to harass or defame anyone.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices and limits are shown on our website and may change with notice.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerifyAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
